Graduated from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), she holds a Master’s degree in Law and Public Policy from UNIRIO and a postgraduate degree in State and Regulatory Law from FGV/RJ. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance, Taxation, and Development at UERJ.
She serves as a professor at the School of Public Advocacy (ESAP/PGE-RJ) and in other postgraduate programs. Her academic background also includes an Executive Education program in Negotiation and Fiscal Policy at Harvard Kennedy School, focused on negotiation strategies applied to public policy and fiscal matters in the public sector.
She is the author of articles published in collective works and specialized legal publications and is a member of the Special Committee on Tax Matters of the Rio de Janeiro Bar Association (OAB/RJ).
